President Trump wants the Department of Education to focus on computer science education. He suggests that the department spends $200 million annually on STEM education.
It is speculated that he will order the department to spend a total of $200 million annually on STEM education for children in grades K-12. According to Recode, the president wants the department to set aside this amount from its grant funds.
According to Hadi Partovi when interviewed by TechCrunch, this is a huge win for Code.org because this is a cause that the organization started four years ago. Their goal was to get more women and minorities exposed to and involved with computer science programs.
President Barack Obama wanted $4 billion for state funding to make sure that everybody had the opportunity to get computer science training. Sadly enough, Congress did not agree with President Barack Obama and did not approve the initiative. But maybe this administration can obtain funding for more STEM programs. Thus, even if you hate Trump, you have to agree that numerous American children could benefit from an increase in computer science programs.

What is Classed as a 'Low Quality Page' in the Eyes of Google?
How Google Measures 'Quality'
Google offers a fair amount of guidance about the difference between low quality and high quality, and many of these points are fairly obvious. Some of the other points are quite fascinating though, so here's the lowdown...
Google Desires Original Content
Google wants to ensure that the value searchers get from the content they find is unique. This means unique in terms of the value that is offered, rather than the phrases or words on the page. Refer to Whiteboard Friday if you have any further questions about unique value.

Following these five steps can help to ensure you create a successful blog:
1.) Know Your Audience
You should never run out of subjects to blog about if you choose a subject that can be expanded upon. Your audience will also grow and appreciate what you are writing if you come across as knowledgeable, do your research and target your blog to a specific audience.
2.) Engage Your Readers
To keep your readers interested for as long as possible, make sure you stay on topic, and use internal and external links so that your readers can get additional information from other sites.
Just over a month ago, WannaCry ransomware struck a massive blow that circled the globe. Now, as the dust has barely settled from its cyber attack, a new threat from Petya has appeared on the horizon.
Ransomware, a new criminal venture born in this century, invades and takes over computer systems. The owner/controller of a hijacked system is told they must pay the perpetrator, usually in bit coin, a type of digital currency, to regain control of their systems. Businesses and governments, who rely heavily on computerized systems today, are the usual targets of the crime.
It was originally thought that this was a phenomenon limited to the Ukraine, but incidents have been reported in other countries, including France, Spain, Russia, and India. The threat goes well beyond the borders of these countries as more and more of those in positions of power find they cannot access their computers.
Learn how I got hundreds of thousands of Facebook video views in 48 hours
I was thinking about strategies to increase traffic to my new blog site, BrutusReport.com. I'm not new to blogging, marketing, promotions, and E-commerce. At one time, i wrote blogs for an online marketing company. I have produced over 200 articles on different topics, such as wellness, home decorating, lifestyles, tips for city living, and beyond. It was a wonderful experience to research and write about different subjects. A well known Indian writer once said he didn't write about familiar topics, but those he wanted to learn more about (Chitthal).
Taking his advice to heart, I started creating written works to entertain and draw readers in. This leads to what I'm going to say about getting 150,000 views of my Facebook video in 48 hours. I have only five thousand followers on my Facebook page. And I didn't want to spend a dime on the video.
It can be a challenge to write a great blog post, even if you enjoy writing, what with all the other demands on your time. Ideally, you should not spend more than 15 minutes on writing your blog post, and if that sounds unrealistic, the following tips can help.
Write down ideas as they come to you. Most people have up to 80 ideas each day, and you should keep a notebook handy, or make notes on your phone's notepad and put ideas down as they occur to you. It means you aren't scrambling at the last minute trying to think of something.
Pointing out that it is more effective to show someone how something works or how to carry out a task, Quora video answers were introduced earlier this month.
Until the move, Quora users were only able to respond with embedded videos, natively hosted photographs or text. Now the new system allows the beta group users to record a video on Android or IOS for all other users to see.
Tommy MacWilliam, head of noble at Quora explained that the Quora video answers feature will allow users to vote favorably or negatively for a video answer, and the feature will help to share useful knowledge with the world.
From long, sentimental posts to black and white photographs from childhood... let's face it, when it comes to mothers, all of Facebook is incredibly "thankful" for all that mothers do each and every day to make our lives so much sweeter.
In addition to all those heartfelt sentiments that were shared last Sunday, to kick off Mother's Day weekend, the social site brought back the purple flower reaction which allowed you to respond to posts with a reaction of "thankfulness"... instead of a simple Like.
